This is how a chapati is made

CHAPATI is the daily meals for pakistani. There are some grades of chapati. brownish color as the most frequent served on the table.

They also served chapati with whiter color. It was bought outside They said that it was the by products, but I think it's more tastier than usual chapati..hehe..

The last chapati is cooked himself by Noshad. using white flour and add with egg. Trust me, this is the best Chapati I've ever had..

There also Naam.. similar with chapati, bit sweeter. we tasted in during in Barbeque tonight.

And now is how a chapati is made....

Chapati flour

The chapati flour package

Add with water and salt

Mix

Make a round shape..

Flatten it

fry on a pan fryer. put a little oil on the top

Ready to be served..

Meal Time

This is what we feel like a family in Karachi. Meal time. Together eat with joking and telling story.. with a knock knock on the door, "Dinner ready, come, Please'...

Love that moments. Miss you guys..

The breakfast is served at 9 AM, lunch at 2 PM, and dinner at 9 PM. Please note that 2 hours different with Indonesia time, and Indonesia time is 2 hours earlier. So, breakfast at 11 AM, lunch at 4 PM, and dinner at 11 PM,,,it almost supper.. hehe..

Breakfast usually accompanied by Noshad. Sometimes also with Haris.

Mostly service is omelette with chapati and rice. almost every morning. but the omelette is good. sliced with onion, garlic and chili, tasted goods. and usually with tea milk.

Lunch usually with all team. complete with Mr. Rafiq, Naveed and Nosheen. Sometimes the shrimp supplier and logistic also join for lunch, but not at the same time.

Dinner is usually with Noshad and Haris, Usually longer time, with some jocking and telly story. Sometimes their friend, Akbar, also join us for dinner.

Workers meal time also interesting,, they're all kind. offering their foods.

Meeting the Rafiqs - Part 2

This is a wonderful family. The wise Mr Rafiq. with beautiful wife. with 2 sons and 2 daughter. and his nephew, Noshad. A religious family. we talked a lot about Karachi, Hajj, umrah, and everything. They're really kind and nice family. good educated children and sweet Laiba. and the zam zam things. Alhamdulillah....Love this family...

This is good to see how they treats us like a family.
